Ickwell and Old Warden were formed in May 2007. The majority of the squad played under another name season 2006 in the Chiltern League where they won division 4 by 10 points, losing just 1 game. During the summer, the squad finished semi finalists in the Hatters Cup at Luton Town's Kenilworth Road and won the Biggleswade Carnival tournament whilst finishing finalists in the Sandy festival. Since that time the club has formed a unique committee where the aim is to continue to put all the boys first. Season 2007/08 has proved to be a season to be emulated. Having won the under 13 division Three of the Royston Crow League winning all 20 of their games and reaching both the league cup quarter finals as well as making the County Cup Final, the team score well over 200 goals.
Season 2008/09 (under 14) will see the team compete at the highest level that they have ever been asked to, playing in the Royston Crow League Division One.
